Thank you for taking the time to click on our website and being interested in the affairs of “The City Merry on the Banks of the Cherry”.

City Hall is an interesting and exciting place to work. Every day presents a challenge but, equally, renders a reward.

As your Mayor I have as a goal, as well as a mission statement, to bring Richwood back to respectability and prosperity.

To accomplish this I have instituted a “three-R program. We first have to re-image ourselves. That process involves:

Re-invigorating the people so they in turn will help Re-vitalize our town.

By working together this goal can be accomplished.
